Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please read the following guidelines regarding our returns and refunds process:

  • Free Shipping on All Orders: Every order includes free shipping, so there are no additional shipping costs on the initial purchase.
  • Returns: Returns are at the customer’s expense, except in the case of a defective product. You are responsible for return shipping fees, unless the product is damaged or defective.
  • Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, please reach out to our customer service team immediately. We may request photos of the defective item as well as the original box and packaging for verification purposes. Once confirmed, we will provide instructions for a return and issue a refund or replacement.
  • Return Condition: All returned items must be shipped back in their original packaging to ensure safe transport and processing. Items that are damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Return Instructions: If you wish to initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at 855-201-1533 or via email. We will provide a return authorization and shipping address to ensure your return is processed smoothly and promptly.
  • Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and issue a refund to the original method of payment. Refunds may take 5–7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • Non-returnable Items: Please note that certain items are non-returnable due to their nature.
  • Exchanges: At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, please return the original purchase and place a new order.
