Not all mattresses need a box spring, but following manufacturer guidelines for proper support is crucial to prevent amage. We advise investing in anew box spring and bed frame to ensure proper support and maintain the product arranty. Review your bed frame and understand the amount of slats that would be supporting a mattress. If your frame is well supported with slats with limited space
gaps, you may not need a box spring. Review our beds and frames to buy a frame that would not require a box spring.
Choosing a mattress for two can be tricky, but split sizes (Queen, King) from many manufacturers eliminate compromise for better sleep. Chat with a Customer service agent for help finding the right one.
A standard box spring is about 9” tall, while a low-profile one is around 5” tall. Both rovide equal support, differing only in eight contribution to your sleep setup.

Yes. eMattressOutlet has the option to pick up an old mattress and set up a new mattress. Please review the options at the checkout cart to tailor to your needs. If you are from California and need to remove your old mattress, please reach out to support@emattressoutlet.com
White Glove Delivery and setup of purchased mattresses: Will only carry three flights of stairs. If you need to carry more than the standard, please send an email to upport@emattressoutlet.com
Removal of packaging materials and removal of old mattress (equal to the number of pieces purchased).
Warranty & Claims
In most cases we will be able to locate your receipt in our records however, it is the consumer's responsibility to retain proof of purchase to ensure warranty coverage should we be unable to locate it for you.
We cannot replace or refund a mattress that has not been at a customer for at least 30 days. This is due to it may take time for a mattress to break in and reach optimal comfort levels. For a mattress to be eligible for a comfort replacement, the customer must reach out to support@emattressoutlet.com by the 90th day that the customer has received the product.
For As Is Mattresses – the product is not eligible for a comfort return due to the crazy special deal that is currently being offered.

eMattressOutlet offers the manufacturers warranty that is listed on the product page. For liquidated "As Is" mattresses usually lack a warranty, we provide a 1-year warranty for these models.

Warranty claims for those who have purchased an extended warranty will have to contact the warranty provider. In order to file your warranty claim, please be sure to have a copy of your invoice as the warranty provider will require a proof of purchase of both the item and the extended warranty purchase.
Your warranty coverage is offered through the manufacturer and will differ across brands. Please review your warranty card for coverage details. The law tags on your mattress will provide a code that you should reference against the warranty card for the length of your warranty period.
As Is Mattresses will come with a special warranty and any free promotional items on your receipt do not come with a warranty.
Blemishes, rips, tears and burns on the item will void your manufacturer's warranty. Improper support will void your manufacturer's warranty, for details on what is considered proper support for your mattress please refer to the warranty card received with the delivery of your mattress.
The manufacturer’s warranty does not cover the third-party inspection fee of $79.99. Please be aware that ransportation costs are also not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. However, in the event your product is deemed defective, we will take what you paid for the inspection and apply it towards the delivery charge for the exchange.
If the product is not properly supported, then damage may occur therefore voiding the warranty. We encourage you to review the terms and conditions of the limited warranty which provides the required support needed for your product. We are unable to provide warranty assistance for a mattress that is damaged as a result of improper support.

resale to our facility. These goods undergo our internal certification process, and once certified, they are sold and delivered. Our branded mattresses are available at a significant discount below MSRP, contributing to waste reduction at landfills.
