Warranty Coverage
Your warranty covers the following:
- Torn handles, stitches pulled out of the handle were sewn to themattress, or tears in the mattress fabric where the handles are attached.
- Coils or wires that are loose or broken.
- Coils or wires that protrude or rip through the fabric.
- Body indentations of 2″ or greater.
- Excessively lumpy.
- Sagging: Your mattress must be continuously supported by an appropriately sized foundation, or equivalent, with an appropriate frame. The frame should include a center support with at least 5 legs or 5 hardwood cross-slats for queen and king sets.
Your warranty does NOT cover the following:
- Mattress fabric (including stains, soiling or burns),
- Damage from using an improper bed frame. A Queen or King frame must have a rigid bridge bar with at least 5 support legs, or 5 equally spaced hardwood cross-slats with a supporting center leg. The cross slats must be at least 3 inches wide and no more than 4 inches apart;
- Floor models and clearance bedding sold “as is”;
- Bed height;
- Comfort preference;
- Normal indentations or sagging of less than 2″;
- Mattress damage due to inappropriate foundation. This top-of-the-line mattress is designed for full performance only when matched with the appropriate foundation as part of a total sleep set;
- Sheet fit;
- Replacement of another piece in the sleep set, unless the other piece is also defective;
- Mattress or foundation damage due to abuse;
- Transportation costs;
- Adjustable Mattress Bases come with a separate mattress warranty, contact us for details;
- Odors.
Items that void your warranty:
- Burns;
- Stains of any kind ex: blood, urine, mold/mildew, wine, soda, chemicals etc… (regardless of origin);
- Damage due to improper use, setup, or abuse of mattress or box spring/foundation;
- Use of liquid/chemicals that may damage the materials;
- *Upon inspection, any article found to be in an unsanitarycondition will not be repaired or replaced and the warranty is null and void.
