We cannot replace or refund a mattress that has not been at a customer for at least 30 days.  This is due to it may take time for a mattress to break in and reach optimal comfort levels.  For a mattress to be eligible for a comfort replacement, the customer must reach out to support@emattressoutlet.com by the 90th day that the customer has received the product.
For As Is Mattresses – the product is not eligible for a comfort return due to the crazy special deal that is currently being offered.
