Do you have a comfort return policy.

We cannot replace or refund a mattress that has not been at a customer for at least 30 days.  This is due to it may take time for a mattress to break in and reach optimal comfort levels.  For a mattress to be eligible for a comfort replacement, the customer must reach out to support@emattressoutlet.com by the 90th day that the customer has received the product.

 

For As Is Mattresses – the product is not eligible for a comfort return due to the crazy special deal that is currently being offered.

Do I need my receipt to file a warranty claim?

In most cases we will be able to locate your receipt in our records however, it is the consumer’s responsibility to retain proof of purchase to ensure warranty coverage should we be unable to locate it for you.
