White Glove Delivery and setup of purchased mattresses: Will only carry three flights of stairs. If you need to carry more than the standard, please send an email to support@emattressoutlet.com
Removal of packaging materials and removal of old mattress (equal to the number of pieces purchased).

White glove service: Is available at an additional cost. See the cart options for the white glove costing.  If you selected White Glove delivery, you will get a follow up email to confirm your setup.
After your order is complete, we will be sending you a confirmation with tracking.  Please be aware that packages may come in different dates as they may be shipping from different supplier locations.  Also know that shipping may be up to 2-3 weeks if it is shipped LTL and not FEDEX ground.
