We cannot replace or refund a mattress that has not been at a customer for at least 30 days. Ā This is dueĀ toĀ it may take time for a mattress to break in and reachĀ optimalĀ comfort levels. Ā For a mattress to be eligible for a comfort replacement, the customer must reach out toĀ support@emattressoutlet.comĀ by the 90thĀ day that the customer has received the product.
